We serve customers within approximately 120 miles of Grand Island, NE. Jobs outside that range may be accepted at our discretion and may include additional fees.
We haul just about everything: furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, electronics, and more. Some items may require special handling fees (e.g. tires, pianos). We reserve the right to decline any load we determine to be hazardous, illegal, or outside our capabilities.
We strictly do not haul:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any job, at any time, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to safety concerns, undisclosed conditions, or jobs outside our scope of work. If we decline a job after arrival due to conditions not disclosed at booking, a trip fee may apply.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. Factors that may affect your price include:
We will always tell you the final price before we start loading. You are never obligated to proceed if the price changes from the estimate.
The quote you receive covers the items discussed at the time of booking. If additional items are added on the day of the job that were not included in the original quote, we reserve the right to re-quote before hauling them. We are not obligated to haul anything outside the agreed scope at the original price.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by items not being ready, inaccessible locations, or undisclosed conditions.
A responsible party (property owner or authorized representative) must be present on-site for the duration of the job. The only exception is pre-arranged curbside pickups, where items are staged at the curb and the scope is agreed upon in advance. If we arrive and no one is present for a non-curbside job, it will be treated as a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply.
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellation may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather or hazardous conditions (severe storms, ice, extreme heat, etc.) at no penalty to either party. We will contact you as early as possible to find a new time.
We take care of your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to areas with limited access (tight hallways, fragile flooring, etc.). If you have concerns about a specific area, let us know before work begins so we can plan accordingly.
Items we haul may be resold, donated, or recycled at our discretion. By scheduling a pickup, you waive any claim to items once they have been removed from your property. If you want a specific item destroyed rather than resold, let us know upfront.
We regularly photograph job sites before and after work is completed. By scheduling service with TrashNSell, you agree that we may use these photos for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, and promotional materials. We will not knowingly include identifiable faces or personal information in any content we post. If you have concerns about photos being taken at your property, let us know before the job begins.
TrashNSell Junk Removal's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We would rather work it out directly. If you have an issue, contact us first and we will do our best to make it right. Legal disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
